build failure if not

turns out it's due to a change in extra-cmake-modules which turns off
there pre-processor commands to make it compatible with MS stuff.

libopencv.h is still affected

Krita has it in plugins/impex/raw/3rdparty/libkdcraw/src/kdcraw_p.h
