Tested here. Context :

- Mysql DB from host Linux computer
- DK  client running on a Linux under a VM.
- VM is connected to host DB through the network.
- DB on host is build from scratch.

* _Digikam_root_tag_ still in DB schema. It's the expected behavior ?
* The _Digikam_root_tag_ is always here in  Face tree-view while face scan is
started, and also when the task is completed.
* The initial collection scan is very slow. There is a time latency when a file
is registered in DB. We can see it on the console. The collection contents is
this one :

So for me this patch to do work the job.
