After reading information given by libjpegteam, there is the way to check MCU
in digiKam :

"When flipping the image, if the vertical image dimension isn't evenly
divisible by 8 * the vertical chroma sampling factor, then the bottom-most MCU
row is incomplete."

The question is : how to get vertical chroma sampling factor from image ?
