[Bug 283323] a new label _Digikam_root_tag_ is created every time

Hello,

reread from digikam, metadata from the picture  (/more in tags left panel, then
read ...).
- No change in table digikam.tags
- No change in the picture tags (same as precedent post)

But,

 I have retag multiple images with same action (remove animal, check animal2
and apply).
For the one I have reread, animal is check again, no tag _Digikam_root_tag
appear in left tags and right tags panel, but with a right click on the image I
should see :

- remove a tag - _Digikam_root_tag / animal

Other tags are right.
