Digikam branching error

Hi,

It looks like the branching of digikamimageplugins has failed for the
files hotpixels.po and refocus.po. As there is no script available to
branch only these files, I would like to ask the languages who
translated these files to copy over these files themselfes.

The 0.8.0 tarball as release yesterday will miss these files as well.

Sorry for the inconvenience.Thanks for the Italian and Dutch team to
point at this.
