First, thanks for this new Digikam 5. Very few kde dependencies, It takes less memory, it's a very good thing for me. Running DK 5 on Fedora 24, I want to search images using tags. I don't see dialog boxes (left and right) to search with tags, like it was in previous DK versions. Is it "normal"? It's Breeze Icons install problem on your system. The sidebar still here of course. See in this mailing list history for the right response... On Setup/Misc there is a settings to force to use an icons theme. For me, it works better than sqlite.
