Hi all,
At home, i set an old computer as multimedia management device. - I setup 2 root albums: one for photo, one for video : /mnt/data/photos "Mes Photos" /mnt/video "Mes Vidéos" I can see a problem to the album header when i select an album from "Mes Vidéos" : The collection album path is wrong. Look this screenshot for details : http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2686/4334168695_c3d602b1af_b.jpg - Another problem is certainly relevant of Album tree view Qt4 model view port. In Physical Album tree view, i go to text filter on the bottom, and i set "ani" string to bring an album named "ani phil". This one is show plus some other on the list. All is fine. So i select it to see the content. When it's selected, it disapear from the filtered list, and next one is show. I go back to filter tool, clear all, and retry "ani" as filter string. album go back and i can select it as well... Can you reproduce it ? - Last problem is also album tree view. When i close digiKam, it save last album selected. It's fine. When i restart it, this one is selected again, but not visible on the view. It's always out on the bottom. Note that tree view here is huge... Gilles _______________________________________________ Digikam-devel mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-devel |

Can you reproduce it ? I also noticed this today. This is caused by the selected text completion mode of the search text bar which defaults to "automatic". In this mode the first match from the completion object is automatically completed. Maybe we should default to manual? Moreover I just noticed that the completion is case sensitive but the matching is not. This must be unified to my mind... > - Last problem is also album tree view. Note that tree view here is huge... Ok, I will have a look at this tonight. Another thing not working correctly anymore is the collapsing / expanding in
the album folder tree when doing a search. If a collection is collapsed, it will not expand when searching. Worked before the Qt4 modelview port. Worked before the Qt4 modelview port. Yes, also noticed this today. Another item on my TODO list. ;) Johannes _______________________________________________ Digikam-devel mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-devel |

In older version this was not the case, we had a hardcoded default then. > > Moreover I just noticed that the completion is case sensitive but the > matching is not. Normally the current item will be automatically shown by Qt, but we may have switched off this functionality, it can be irritating at times. Then we need to call scrollTo manually. _______________________________________________ Digikam-devel mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-devel |
