redeye correction

I use Mandrake 10.1 Community edition with Digikam Version 0.6.2-5mdk and I
have installed digikam-plugins-0.6.2-4mdk.  Digikam is said to have redeye
correction as a core plugin but I cannot find it anywhere in my version.  Can
you please tell me how to access this facility?

I don't know if 0.6.2 has that plugin.  I know .8 does, and .7.4 did.
.6.2 is WAY behind version wise (I started with .7ish quite a few months
ago).

Hi,

Red Eye Correction is part of the digikamimage core plugin. It was introduced with the digikam 0.7.x series. So it is not available for the 0.6.x series. If you like to have it, you'll have to upgrade to a more actual version of digikam.
