red eye reduction

Where can I find instructions on how to get rid of "red eye". In the
instruction manual it says there is an option in "enhance". I can't find
it. Is there a plugin I should install?

It is a bug, but the red eye reduction tool can still be used by adding it to
the image editor's tool bar.
