I recently ran my photo collection through TagThatPhoto application to recognize and tags faces within the photos. It writes face data in both Microsoft (Microsoft People) as well as Metadata Working Group XMP region data. digiKam will recognize the face data from some of the files, and some it appears to ignore. When I view the metadata via exiftool (Phil Harvey), I can see no obvious differences between the data. Any thoughts as to where the problem may lie?
