problem - digikams db file corrupt

Hello

while renaming a larger ammount of pictures Digikam showed the following
Errormessage.
Is there anything we can do to recover the error?
unfortuantely the db size is 126mb so i can't attach the db file.
we would be very happy if there would be a way to fix it.
