i am fed up with this - for more than 1 month i try to get off the list.

without  any luck

Here is a link to a page that should enable you to cancel your subscription to the digiKam mailing list: 

At the end of the page there is an input box and next to it a button. Here is a picture:

I believe that clicking the Unsubscribe button will allow you to unsubscribe, but I have not personally tried it.

It might be so that Martin hopefully won't receive any more emails on this mailing list as yesterday I took the liberty and clicked that very button for him....

Unless of course, the registration email address is forwarding to his current
email address. When unsubscribing with the latter, the former is still active
and will keep receiving messages (and forwarding them).
