(patch) simplification of wording in MIME filter

Hello,

Simple patch for KDE3 branch. Simplification of wording in MIME filter.

1.
Movies files -> Movie files

I am not native speaker but sounds better.

2.
Mime type filter -> Filter by type of file

Mime is tech speak. "Type of file" is more understandable.

3.
Appropriate change in WhatsThis

Gilles I have commited another patch adding NoRAWFiles to the filter in the
KDE3 branch, and Mikolaj patch is inlcuded.

Here is a patch for KDE4. As I can't test it I don't dare to commit. Can
someone test it?
