organizing bugzilla

As you might have seen (:-)), I am trying to correct all bugs with an
unspecified version tag. This will help to quickly find older entries later,
that might be irrelevant nowadays.
There are still 109 bugs without a version tag and I can't find out what
digiKam versions were used for those reports.
In the future we should immediately set the correct version tag when a new
bugreport appears.

Another stuff is to add a Tag to all file relevant of future Model/View job to do after 0.10.0 with albumiconview, albumfolderview, tagsfolderview, thumbbar, etc...
