missing aspect ratio crop + RE remove in 0.9

Hi,

I installed 0.9 on Suse yesterday and the aspect ratio crop tool is missing
along with red eye removal.  Are these tools KDE specific ( in that is use
windowmaker not full KDE ) or does it sound like a package bug ?

I'm using ubuntu edgy/gnome, compiled 0.9 from the sources & installed manually, and the plugins are there, I actually used them both last week.
