metadata arrangement in album view?

I normally display thumbnails with caption, filename and tags.  Is
there a way to put caption above filename?  OR is there a way to
specify a different font for caption than for tags?

No. All these wishes are relevant of QT4 model/view port which still
todo for Icon View. I recommend you to file a whish in KDE bugzilla
about this subjects.
