lcms compatibility version 1.16

Little CMS has a new version 1.16 since December last year with some
improvements (which may be irrelevant for digikam, can't judge that).

This version has arrived in the Debian unstable branch and will certainly
arrive in Unbuntu soon. But it does not compile with digikam anymore.

So this is just a note to not to forget it. I can put it into the TODO file.

Faster is an important improvement...
