ko-KR is Korean (_South_ Korea)

Alexander Potashev
Hi,

This document says that the code "ko-KR" stands for South Korea:
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wf/v2r7m0/topic/com.ibm.help.wf.doc/locale_spec/i_xfdl_r_formats_ko_KR.html

Also, the name in the brackets should denote a country, but there is
no such country "Korea", there are only North Korea and South Korea.

Do everybody agree?

I'm going to fix it in the following files: ("Korean (Korea)" -> "Korean (South Korea)")
        extragear/graphics/digikam/libs/template/altlangstredit.cpp:180
        KDE/kdegraphics/libs/libkexiv2/libkexiv2/altlangstredit.cpp:177
        extragear/graphics/kipi-plugins/metadataedit/altlangstringedit.cpp:186
