kipi-plugins && libkdcraw release delay

Hi,
to let necessary time to complete localizations, kipi-plugins-0.1.5 and
libkdcraw-0.1.4 release will be delayed of one week.

- To translators: We haven't forget that your work is precious and we
apologize to haven't let you enought time for doing it.

- To kipi team: please in this week submit only bug fixes.

Which branch should be translated? I guess
trunk/l10n-kde3/templates/messages/extragear-libs/ but just to be sure.
