kipi-plugins documentation in khelpcenter

Hi digikam devels,

in khelpcenters navigation tree the documentation for the kipi-plugins is
listed under an item named "DNGConverter". Foe Joe User it is impossible to
find the documentation under this name.

The attached patch for recent trunk fixes this by adding a kipiplugins.desktop
and adjusting the docpath for dngconverter.
