kipi-plugin printassistant

Hi
I've released a new version of printassistant, it's a work in progress
yet, but it should be usable and ready to be tested.
You can now:
- Get printers  from QPrinterInfo interface
- Get page size from QPrintSetup   interface
- Use last QPrintDialog with QPrinter settings (if HP/QT issue let)
- look at template icons (Andreas Trink's code)
- choose template even if you choose to print to JPG

Big TODO issue:
- write down a template HOWTO
- add required templates for passport photos and contact print
- add a per photo caption management
-??? (this one is a surprise, I will talk about it only at last)
- more into TODO file.
