how to enter usability wish?

Hi,

I just entered a wish for "usability" in KDE Bug tracking system. Then I
wondered that this wish is assigned to "kchart" and not to digikam...

To be sure I began entering the same again, beeing careful to choose the right
options, but again it would have been assigned to kchart instead of digikam
(if I would have saved it again...).

How can I enter a usability wish for digikam?
