libkdcraw from trunk (KDE4) :
- update internal dcraw.c implementation from 8.76 to 8.77.
- new cameras RAW file supported : Leaf Aptus 54S and Leaf Aptus 75S
- Changelog from dcraw repository :
* Reject 8-bit grayscale TIFFs.
* Decode raw CINE files, which may exceed 2GB.
* Error-check the "-s" option, and enable "-s all".
* Support camera WB for the Canon EOS-1D and EOS-1DS.
* Use full output range for "-H 2".
