digikam from trunk : Black and White converter tool improvements:

- add the capability to simulate all major analog Black & White film with Channels Mixer. I have used a database settings from a gimp script.
- add a "strength" adjustment for Lens color filter.
- The B&W Film Type, Lens Filter, and Tone adjustements can be used at the same time to reproduce all possible camera shot conditions.
