export to Flickr

Lies Van Rompaey
Hi

I'm using Digikam under Feisty. I've downloaded all the packages (I
think) but I can't find a way to export to Flickr. The option is there,
but I can't select it.

It's probably something simple, but I just can't figure it out.

Thanx for any tips.

Lies

Select a picture first, then go to export>flickr server then you have to
authorize in the webbrowser...

Btw. an option for adding the pictures to a set would be nice...

Please put any thoughts or feature requests here:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=143978

Please consider tho' that the UI will be standard across multiple Sinks
(e.g. Flickr, Facebook, Gallery etc.) so we will try and keep things
standard.

Obviously tho' certain Sinks will have certain "optional" differences,
but the whole idea is to keep thing standard!

Ok. Today I could actually go to export  > flickr (yesterday I couldn't) but now I get stuck on the authentication.

Yeah once you authorized on the flickr homepage go back there appeared
the upload frontend somewhere at the desktop. When I did this the first
time I also needed to search a while but figured it out.

Yes standard is nice and it is probably not that easy to program but it
is very time consuming to do that moving to a set manually on flickr and
would be a great improvement.

OK I have a log at that homepage.
