duplicate file question

Errol Sapir
I have just completed  a scan of my duplicate files using Digikam. As
the scan is a process which takes a very ling time as I have thousands
of photos, my question: Is there a way to store the results of this scan
so that I can work on them at my leasure and not have to do a rescan
every time?
TIA
Errol

Re: duplicate file question

Francis Corvin
Correct me if I am wrong, but I recall DigiKam remembers your
duplicates even if you close and reopen.

Francis

Re: duplicate file question

Francis Corvin
Sorry, I should have given you a more definite answer. I tried it
just before sending my post yesterday and must have forgotten to edit
it. But yes, duplicate searches are remembered.

Regards,

Francis
