command-line --config? or adding something tu digikam.rc?)?

Hi,

No sorry, it's not possible easily for the moment, but it's not complicated to implement, and it's not a priority for the moment (bug-fixes).

I recommend to create a new entry in KDE/digiKam bugzilla about this topic, and i will assign this task to a future student as an coding evaluation.
