3 Pictures with diferent KDE settings. Missed menu when i choose "show menu in
window".

Missed menu panel, when in KDE I selected show panel in the window. When I
selected show panel in widget, i see application menu on it. BTW, I have the
same problem with Dolphin.
OS: Maui 17.03
KDE Plasma: 5.10.2
KDE Apps Version 17.04.2
QT Version: 5.7.1

If the problem is the same in Dolphin, this certainly a dysfunction in the
KXMLGui framework which is common to DK and Dolphin.
