Bug ID: 380189 Summary: DigiKam Import Menu doesn't show all plugins Product: digikam Version: 5.5.0 Platform: Other OS: MS Windows Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Import Assignee: [hidden email] Reporter: [hidden email] Target Milestone: --- Not all the plugins appear in the DigiKam Import menu. Demonstrated here with the Facebook plugin: https://youtu.be/QBhf-mA1UxU Windows 10 Pro 64-bit DigiKam 5.5.0 Even when a plugin is enabled through the configuration menu, only picasa/google and smugmug appear as external services under the import menu. I tried exporting a sample image to Facebook without issue, since that appears in the Export menu, thinking it might have something to do with linking/authorizing the account. No change. Restarting the application at various points (after disabling the plugin, after restoring, etc) had no effect. I find a picture where it was working at some point in time on KDE: https://userbase.kde.org/Digikam/Facebook And, the plugin does say Import/Export. So, I don't think I'm crazy. Could not find anything in the FAQ or documentation about this issue, or the function being discontinued. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. |

[hidden email] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED Resolution|--- |FIXED Version Fixed In| |5.7.0 --- Comment #1 from [hidden email] --- You has right. The compilation was broken due to a missing export rule in internal component of libkipi-plugins which break the kipi tools compilation... without to return an error. So no kipi tools was compiled and included in Windows bundle. I fixed the problem with next 5.7.0. The Bundle size is now increased of 100Mb and all tools are there. The bundle 32 bits is already available. The 64 bits is under construction (this take few hours to compile). https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0BzeiVr-byqt5Y0tIRWVWelRJenM Gilles Caulier -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. |

--- Comment #2 from [hidden email] --- Yay! Glad I could help. I look forward to the official release. The Google Drive version you linked is throwing up all sorts of warnings with Windows Defender and Avast Antivirus at the moment; I figure I can wait. Thank you! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. |

--- Comment #3 from [hidden email] --- Ahah.. Windows defender. A fake... All the bundle is done under Linux with a cross compiler, including the installer.exe. There is no windows used (it's my Linux computer). No virus inside, i'm sure. It compiled as the offcial release. I just use the source current code in fact...
