I have selected "Camera date" in Configure > Tool-Tip > Photograph Information
but the tool-tip when hovering over a thumbnail in the bar does not show any
date.

The test image is a scanned photo and I have manually set all of the following
metadata set to the same date.

EXIF:
    Modify Date
    Date/Time Original

XMP:
    Create Date
    Modify Date
    Metadata Date
    Date/Time Modified
    Date Created
    Date/Time Original

IPTC:
    Date Created
    Time Created
