Importing files including Person tags (mwg-rs.Regions.RegionList[i].Name) and
identical dc.subject[i] tags create sometimes a "normal" tag, sometimes a
Person tag when one could expect all of them as normal tag and all of them as
Person tag.

I deleted all database files and I reimported my files. I cannot reproduce the
problem on 5.5.0. So I suggest to close the bug.
