Bug ID: 375399 Summary: No preview of video files Product: digikam Version: 5.4.0 Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Preview Assignee: [hidden email] Reporter: [hidden email] Target Milestone: --- My System - Fedora 25 After upgrade to 5.4.0-1 from the standard fedora 25 repository, I no longer get previews of video files (any type). 1) Pressing the fullscreen button on the thumbnails give the fullscreen viewer with an error message. It works fine with photos. 2) All video formats play perfectly with every player installed on my system. 3) I have install QtAV and the qtav-player works perfectly with my videos. 4) Qt = 5.7.1, EXIV2 = 0.25 5) Component list shows "Media Player Support = no".
