https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=374560

            Bug ID: 374560
Summary: Lens Model and Make are not displayed anymore
           Product: digikam
           Version: 5.2.0
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Metadata
          Assignee: [hidden email]
          Reporter: [hidden email]
  Target Milestone: ---

Created attachment 103199
  --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=103199&action=edit
digikam-no-make-and-model

Camera model and make are not displayed anymore, see attached picture

the command line tool exiv2 for this picture returns
Camera make     : Panasonic
Camera model    : DMC-GH4

it looks like digikam parses the wrong tags since commandline exiv2 returns the
correct values

This sounds like https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=372164 which is resolved
in 5.4.0.
Can you try the prerelease appimage bundle to find out whether it fixes your
problem:

Kusi,

use you a MySQL database, if so, the bug is already fixed.
