visdeo renaming bad date

opensuse 42.2

i select a video
then
with contextual menu i choose "rename"
then
i choose "[date]"
instead of renaming with standard date computed from date of video it renames
with the date of today

This is due to lack of support of video metadata from Exiv2.

Exiv2 0.26 must help better, this depend of video file format of course.
