Image editor print dialog with color management checkbox

There is no way to print more the one image using color managment: at Item ->
Print image there is no checkbox "Use Color Managment for printing" like at
image editor -> print dialog.

Pushed by cgilles into branch 'master'.

Print Creator: Use DImg instead QImage, this will permit to use color
management later.
Move DImg to QImage conversion in separated thread to speed-up processing.
