The Panorama tools does not work in Digikam 5 beta 3. It seems something is
broken since the latest Hugin update. See the attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to create a panorama
2. It seems there is a problem with pto2mk
3.

I forget to say that panorama creation works perfectly with Hugin in this
computer, therefore it seems that the problem comes from the interfacing
between Hugin and Digikam.
