Every time I run "Maintenance"  (regardless of how many or few options I
choose) it crashes.  The debug info is empty after the crash as well.  I have
loaded the debug packages.   In particular, am unable to get a clean tag update
run in order to get tag consistency.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Tools->Maintenance
2. Select Whole Albums Collections
3. Select Work on all processor cores
4. Select Sync Metadata and Database
5. Select Sync Direction from database to image metadata

Actual Results:  
Runs for a period of time,  then the application crashes.    I've done this a
number of times.  

Expected Results:  
Completion of maintenance run, all image tags updated to match database.

Running Digikam 4.11 on Unbuntu 14.04 under Oracle Virtual Box 4.39

Additional information.  There are over 100,000 files in the collection.   The
collection being worked on here is on a virtualbox "Shared Folder" - which is
shared by the underlying windows 7 host.

It seemed to run longer this time after unchecking 'Work on all processor
cores" - however it still crashed with message "Executable: digikam PID: 2349
Signal: Aborted (6) Time: 07/11/15 04:35:30 PM"

I've experimented with selective album selection (so far 2000 files or less) at
a time,  and it hasn't been crashing during these runs.   So there seems to be
a work-around.

I updated to 4.12 and ran maintenance without a crash.
