Hello Christoph, I use OpenSuSE 13.1. But on all KDE Packges I have not luick with debug= information=20 packages. I can install them a often as I like. They are not rekognized= . --- Comment #5 from Thomas Arend <[hidden email]> --- I refreshed my packages and installed following debuginfo packages after a crash (digikam started once and "faded" without crash report after some seconds, now it crashes with every call) libkdepimlibs4-debuginfo-4.13.3-2.1.x86_64 libgstreamer-0_10-0-debuginfo-0.10.36-14.36.x86_64 libkde4-debuginfo-4.13.3-2.1.x86_64 digikam-debuginfo-4.1.0-15.3.x86_64 Assistant is still reporting that he can't find the necessary packages. After some seconds digikam fades / dies without calling the bug report assistant. The next time digikam crashes without displaying the GUI but the bug report assistant is called. After some updates I have now digikam-4.2.0-16.6.x86_64 but ist ist more ore less the same. Starting, doing next to nothing. No pictures in the preview window and than it dies. Using Gwenview and Aftershot instead and getting used to it.
