When importing cr2 files via usb cable connection directly from the camera
there are no thumbnails displayed (just an icon). The import works, though.

When importing the same files via SD card (card reader) the thumbnails are
displayed correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect camera via usb cable
2. import cr2 files from camera

Actual Results:  
no thumbnails are displayed

Expected Results:  
thumbnails of cr2 files

Already reported in the past... This is fully relevant of :

- Gphoto2 driver
- Camera features to provide thumb for RAW.
