After converting CR2 images containing lots of red to DNG in digiKam using DNG
convertor both previews and thumbnails are shown with wrong red colors. (see
examples and screenshots via URL)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Convert CR2 with lots of red to DNG using DNG convertor in digiKam
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Red color in preview and thumbnail is different from original CR2

Expected Results:  
Red color in preview and thumbnail should be the same as the original CR2
