I select photos from an SD card, select import, choose collection, ask import
and it does nothing. photos weren't previously imported

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open software, let it scan it's folders
2. Insert an SD card and launch import on it
3. Ask import new elements, try to import
Actual Results:  
does nothing. no confirmation, no status

Expected Results:  
importation!

tryed it again. "no active processus". import does nothing.

"download all" works, but not "download new elements"
