Suppress Thumbnail Creation and Use full Images.

On fast machines there's no reason the create thumbnails when the full image
can be referenced.  If the argument is large images could cause delays then
have a file size threshold to when thumbnails are made.

Reproducible: Always

If your machine is so incredibly fast, why bother about the cost of thumbnail
creation? It should be done before you notice it.

I think the way to use full image is out of space from digiKam project.

This will increase comlexity of code to support both way at the same time...
