Unfortunately, for this case, no tracks will be produced/are avialable.
The more critical I see this error cause it can _not_ be analysed accordingly.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
digiKam crashes, if reporting an error but offline

Expected Results:  
1.) digiKam should _not_ crash if offline but
2.) store the error report til online again. and
3.) sending on request
