I have just installed digikam 3.1.0 on a Windows 7 64-bit computer (from
digiKam-installer-3.1.0-win32.exe). I started digikam for the first time and
clicked the help button on the welcome screen, which caused a crash. The

After closing the program and starting digikam again I could open the KDE Help
Center.
