Yes, I suppose it is what I see in comment #25
One remark about you patch: it makes a lossy transform if perfect transform
cannot be made while the user maybe expected a lossless transform.
It would be nice if the user was informed when such lossy transform is made or
if the user had the possibility to choose either to crop+lossless transform or
to lossy transform.
Anyway, thanks for your research and patch creation !
