Since XMP sidecar is fully supported by Exiv2 and digiKam, and as it's easy to
process file metadata sync with DB into XMP sidecar through Maintenance tool,
this file can be considerate as fixed now.  All digiKam DB data are saved into
XMP sidecar through all standard XMP namespace. For non standard value, we use
a dedicated digiKam XMP namespace.
