I´ve installed digikam 1.1.0. with KDE windows 4.4. on my PC (win XP SP3)
I´ve noticed digikam crashes when saving images to jpg or png files. Saving to tif files is ok, though lossing EXIF values
Has any this problem? _______________________________________________ Digikam-users mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-users |

I am not sure, but there shouldn't be a libjpeg 8 version under > windows? Or is there a libjpeg 8 somewhere in digikam code? In digikam core and kipi-plugins/jpeglossless, there is transup code coming from libjpeg. This code is not shared by libjpeg library (yes it's the real problem here), and each application need to dupplicates it. Now, you can imagine if different libjpeg version are in system core against digikam/kipi libjpeg version... But digiKam has this but report too. So, as i maintain JPEGLossLess plugin, it's the same (:=)) Gilles _______________________________________________ Digikam-users mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-users |

Hi,
this is to confirm that I see exactly the same behaviour with KDE 4.4.0 installed in my laptop with windows xp sp3. Tiff is ok. Jpeg and png crashes. It says a problem with ntdll.dll |
