Hello,
thanks for digiKam! I like it a lot. I have installed the Fedora 10 and digiKam 0.10 from fedora repository. I can't see some features of the Image Editor though, like Sharpen, aspect ratio crop... I am looking for them in the Enhance and Transform menus, but they are not there. What do I miss? Thanks for any hint. $ digikam -v Qt: 4.4.3 KDE: 4.2.1 (KDE 4.2.1) digiKam: 0.10.0 $ yum list | grep kipi kipi-plugins.i386 0.2.0-2.fc10 installed -- Martin _______________________________________________ Digikam-users mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-users |

But use different version: Qt4.5, KDE4.3svn, digiKam 0.11svn . m. _______________________________________________ Digikam-users mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-users |

Check if you have the latest version. Do so by yum update or if you like additionally yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing as super-user. hth Stefan _______________________________________________ Digikam-users mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-users |

Since we don't deliver the imageplugins in a separate package, there really
shouldn't be a problem from the digiKam side. Some distributions like to split digiKam up into several packages (like showfoto, digikam and imageplugins), but then you should either see all plugins or none. Missing some plugins is really weird so you should contact the package distributor, maybe something went wrong. Hello,
I am from Czech Republic and I was using the Czech language in the KDE desktop. I tried to run digikam with differrent locales (LANGUAGE=en_US digikam, even LC_ALL=C digikam) -- this didn't help. But now I logged out and during login process I have chosen English language. The digikam works properly now! Looks like some problem in localization. -- Martin 2009/4/7 Andi Clemens <[hidden email]>: > Since we don't deliver the imageplugins in a separate package, there really > shouldn't be a problem from the digiKam side. > Some distributions like to split digiKam up into several packages (like > showfoto, digikam and imageplugins), but then you should either see all > plugins or none.
