digiKam won't start

Hello.

After succesful use of many years digiKam fails to load the GUI.
The process starts and stays running but nothing else shows up.

The behaviour started with 6.4.0 which was working normally ie. this didn't start with an update. Tried updating to 7.0 beta2 and 3 with no luck.
Have done so several times removing everything from previous installs.

Running on Windows 10. Photo library on local SSD in C:\Users\Jukka\OneDrive\Pictures which I subst'ed to P: so seeing file path in properties is easier.
Running as Administrator worked for a while but at the moment that fails too.

I'm running out of ideas here.

A little update.

Noticed that digiKam does start every time if I start it right after I log
in.
Shut it down and it won't start up again.
Tried killing bunch of processes with no change in behaviour.

Hum,

Which version, which OS ?

If you are under Linux, what do you see as debug traces on the console ?

If your are under Windows, use DebugView to get debug traces...
