[digiKam-users] webp quality settings?

Hi,

I was happily surprised that my digikam 6.0 (Opensuse 15.1) can safe as
wepb.

But it simply saved, without the possibility to adjust the quality
settings. I also haven't found default settings for this format.

Where and how can I reach them?

Hi Daniel,

There is no native Webp image codec in digiKam yet. All is delegate to
KF5::ImageFormat component from KDE which do a basic stuff.

For a better quality/compression settings with Webp, we need a
delegate plugin in digiKam. It's on my TODO list when time permit,
outside the COVID19 stuff...
